ROSES THEATRE

The refurbishment of the Roses Theatre, Tewkesbury saw some innovative spatial planning and a contemporary face lift, breathing new life into the well loved community building.

 

Following the renovation, The Roses continues to establish itself as a premier local arts venue. The new foyer has assisted in making the building significantly more accessible whilst rationalising circulation to make the best use of spaces. This has allowed for new coffee bar and seating facilities to the ground floor and a much improved evening bar on the first floor.

 

The renovation also addressed the internal comfort and conditions of the theatre, with increased glazing providing much needed natural light to key spaces and views into, and out of, the theatre's public spaces.
