PRIVATE RESIDENCE

This Grade II listed house is situated in a prominent yet discrete location with spectacular views across the Malvern Hills. The house has a well-documented history; as a result, our consultations and negotiations with English Heritage and the District Conservation Officer were very comprehensive.

 

The scale of restoration was considerable with works to the external fabric covering both render repairs, roof renovations and slate tile replacement, joinery works to sash windows, doors and new stonework additions.

 

Internal refurbishments were similarly extensive. The property received new stone floors, and renovations to ornate plaster work, a comprehensive plumbing and heating installation and an automated lighting control system to compliment the individual lighting design throughout.

 

The house features a sizeable single storey extension made almost entirely of frameless double glazed units. This captures the spectacular vista and is complimented by a structural glass room to the courtyard. The estate is topped off with a stunning infinity edge swimming pool.
