The shape of the building specifically follows the contours of the site and seeks to make the most of existing vistas, including panoramic views of the recently developed Diglis Basin.

The ground floor bedrooms are arranged either side of a courtyard garden which must be crossed to access the whole of the house, thus ensuring the complete integration of the interior and exterior garden elements.
