Rose Bank is a mixed housing development of 35 dwellings, orientated around communal open spaces. The dwellings are styled on Georgian design principals and proportions, with enhanced views to communal areas and surrounding open spaces.

 

The proposal takes its design language from the surrounding properties which are primarily Georgian or Victorian in their aesthetic. This is reflected within the proposal through high-quality masonry detailing and the composition of the street scenes and elevations. Most notably, dwellings take advantage of large glazed areas or enhanced natural day-lighting and views to surrounding woodland and communal green spaces.
