LAURESTON PARK

A feasibility study to provide a new HQ function for an international electronics company. The design brings together functions from various sites, warehousing, production, administration and R&D.

The facility is capable of pre-planned additional expansion into 2 further plot sectors. Sited in a rolling parkland, the proposed facility is fronted by a large water feature that is used to reflect natural light into the building.

Incorporating considerable renewable technologies the facility targets energy savings of 20%.
