The Coaching House, a former Inn, is a grade II listed, 16th Century timber framed property located in the hamlet of Goom Hill.

The brief was to provide new annex accommodation to allow the clients elderly relatives to come and visit from abroad for multiple months of the year. Whilst seeking planning for this, we were also asked to explore the possibilities in replacing the existing carport with a new, oak framed structure. Planning Consent was granted in 2012.
