COPCUT HOUSE
Situated in the picturesque village of Copcut the project comprised of partial interior refurbishment and façade restoration of this notable Grade II listed house. Most impressive amongst the varied list of minor alterations undertaken were the stonework repairs, which include the sensitive restoration of areas of the porch and ground floor primary façade as well as gable end.

The interior of the upper floors was remodelled to provide increased accommodation with both sleeping and bathrooms allowing the growing family the luxury of a playroom of truly staggering proportions. Noteworthy, are the restoration of the traditional windows and leaded lights which included the replacement of the crown glass panes.

The stone floors were repaired and partially replaced through a careful research and matching process showing the final result of beautifully restored coverings throughout the ground floor. Finally, minor works to the driveways and landscape close to the house were undertaken to enhance the delightful setting of this fine house.
