ST. JAMES' CHURCH OUTBUILDING

There is an increased expectation of our community buildings to provide a flexible range of uses. In order to ensure that buildings such as St. James' Church remain in use and continue to provide for the community, additional structures are sometimes required.

This modest outbuilding has been constructed to accommodate modern luxuries. The contemporary building includes the addition of a much needed WC to the church facilities, along with the inclusion of storage and a flower arrangement space for the public to utilise on their visits.

In 2016, the Wychavon District Council Building Design Awards chose St. James Church as winners for their Commendation in Heritage Award, and Distinction in Community Architecture Award.
