BESFORD COURT

Besford Court is a Grade II listed former school that has been converted to an executive apartment complex.

The Practice was engaged to prepare a detailed survey of the Court and its’ surrounding Estate. This included both a written and photographic record of the fabric and grounds on behalf of the management committee.

Our Team have subsequently been instructed to assist with the planned Preventative Maintenance Program for the upcoming short to medium term. The Practice has also undertaken numerous separate commissions for Private Clients at the Estate including the installation of historically detailed feature stone windows to the west gable on the Main House.

We have been instructed to prepare designs for a new residents stone built garage/workshop building, to be constructed in line with the detailed design and historical guidance governing all further developments at the Estate.
